Returns & Return costs
For orders from Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom, LIJO provides a free return label. For returns from these countries, a return fee will be charged depending on the type of return.

The return shipping cost is €5.90 and will be deducted from the refund amount.

An exception applies to refunds in the form of vouchers. In this case, no return shipping costs will be charged. This option can be selected in the returns portal.

For returns from other countries, LIJO does not cover any costs. In these cases, customers bear the return shipping costs themselves.
